WeBloom is a non-profit association based in Zurich, Switzerland. Our vision is to utilize gender-lens approaches as a catalyst for the improved outcomes of technological innovation. Our programs and services are designed to integrate diversity and inclusion into the fabric of a broad range of tech players to ensure both growth and impact.

We drive change by engaging with venture capital, corporates, academic institutions and founders in order to address systemic inclusion challenges within technological innovation.
